Ms. Woodbury has practiced law in Austin, Texas, since 1984, in law firms and as in-house counsel for a publicly traded corporation.  Her broad business experience includes negotiating and drafting complex contracts; trademark and copyright registration, licensing and counseling; patent licensing; software licensing; distribution agreements; purchase and sale of complex equipment; formation and governance of business entities; securities private placement; sale and purchase of businesses; financial institution regulation; and regulatory analysis.  Her clients have included individual and organizational clients in the public and private sectors, both start-up and long-established, involved in heavy industry, high technology, finance, hospitality, health care, education, publishing, consulting, energy, real estate, trade associations and public charities.
