PROFILE

Johnny is leading Hajjar Peters’ efforts to expand its geographical base.  Johnny maintains offices and staff in both Austin and Amarillo.

Johnny is a very experienced attorney (29 years) who combines a broad range of skills with a commitment to the type of integrity, hard work, and values he gained from being raised on a family farm and ranch in West Texas.

Johnny spent the first ten years of his practice focused entirely on litigation.  Although his primary focus is now transactional work, his litigation experience taught him the importance of giving special attention to details when crafting and reviewing documents through which transactional matters are negotiated, contracted, and closed.  He also gained substantial experience relating to the fiduciary duties of officers, managers, directors, members and shareholders of business organizations.

Johnny’s background and character allow him to provide cost-effective, efficient and skilled representation to his clients.
